Autumnal Equinox at Mini-Stonehenge
6th and 8th grades observe a scientific marvel
On Wednesday, September 22, the 6th-8th graders went to the Missouri S&T Stonehenge replica for an event to celebrate the first day of autumn. We got to see the telescope at the observatory and walk around the booths.
We all watched the Stonehenge calendar change at exactly 1:00pm, marking the first day of autumn. Overall it was fun and everyone was really inviting.
