This is Mrs. Slone’s first year being a teacher’s aide. Mrs. Slone is a teacher’s aide for our Kindergarten, 1st Grade, and 2nd Grade teachers. She also helps out in the school’s library. One of Mrs. Slone’s favorite things to do with the kids is painting. She says, “I love seeing the joy on the kids’ faces!”
Mrs. Slone says her favorite holiday is Christmas. She loves everything, the hymns, the lights, and the celebrations. Her favorite season is fall, she loves the changing colors and the cool weather. Her favorite movie is either The Green Mile or Forrest Gump. Her favorite color is green, and her hobby is crafting.
Mrs. Slone has two girls that go to St. Pat’s–Maddie, who is in 3rd Grade and Grace, who is in Kindergarten. Mrs. Slone helped around the school before she was a teacher’s aide. She wanted to become an artist when she grew up. She says, “Art has always been my favorite subject throughout school.”
