Clubs/Orgs: Lego League
Building young engineers, brick by brick.
The Lego League is a group of students that do really cool stuff with Legos, like programming robots and making games.
Sponsored by Mrs. Woodley and Mrs. Ratchford, the team consists of 6th graders Henry D., Quentin G., Jakob F., Vince K., Paul W., and Eli R.. “I love it when an idea comes to life and I like seeing them work together as a team,” says Mrs. Ratchford.
Together they build and code Lego robots to complete tasks and hopefully win competitions. Each one enjoys the time they get to participate in Lego. “My favorite thing about Lego League is the game planning,” says Quentin. Henry said “I love programming the robots.”
